This estimate is built from the scope you choose. We build with AI assistance and finish every site by hand, so you are paying for complexity, integration, and the QA and accountability we put behind it, not hand-coding time. A signed Zealous Sites project is one fixed price for the whole project. If the scope doesn’t change, neither does the cost. No surprise charges, no mid-project markups.

Will you ever contact our client?
No. You run the client, we run the build, and everything flows PM to PM through your project manager. If a scope genuinely needs us talking to the client directly, we do it on a branded email you provide, as you.
What stops you from poaching them later?
The agreement. We never reach out to your customers, and a 2 year non-solicit survives the partnership itself. Your book stays your book.
What if our client reaches out to you directly?
We honor the arrangement. They get a kind no and a pointer back to you, and you get a note that it happened. If they reach out after we’ve parted ways, the answer stays the same: the non-solicit runs another 2 years, and we say so.
Can we see past whitelabel work?
Yes. We keep the right to show builds in our portfolio, unbranded and without naming whose client they were. Send us your scope and we'll walk you through work like it.
How fast do builds turn around?
Turnaround depends on the project, and the quote you approve carries the estimate. What never varies: replies within one business day while the build runs.
What happens after launch?
Your call. Hand the site to your team, or we keep hosting and care in the picture behind the scenes. Either way the client relationship stays yours.
