Our retail pricing is available on our public pricing page. On a white-label dedicated plan, every a la cart price item is halved, and hourly (for the miscellaneous day-to-day stuff) is $100 and counts toward the minimum. You bill your client from your own rate card.

This estimate is built from the scope you choose. We build with AI assistance and finish every site by hand, so you are paying for complexity, integration, and the QA and accountability we put behind it, not hand-coding time. A signed Zealous Sites project is one fixed price for the whole project. If the scope doesn’t change, neither does the cost. No surprise charges, no mid-project markups.
What does Dedicated mean?
This is the whole deal, in one table. Nothing here changes on the call.
- Minimum
- $5,000 a month, billed on the 1st.Auto-pay on a recurring invoice. No credits and no penalties in either direction.
- Discount
- Every item on the à-la-carte rate card at half off.Discounted packages on the pricing page are retail bundles built on our own templates, with design and project management included. Those packages cannot be discounted a second time using the Dedicated retainer. Dedicated scopes are built to your spec, itemized line by line, at half the à-la-carte card.
- Hourly
- $100 an hour, and it counts toward the minimum.Fill a slow month with edits and landing pages.
- Past the minimum
- Same half-off prices.No second price list, no overage rate.
- True-up
- Pooled by quarter.$15,000 per quarter is the floor, and a $10,000 month beside a $0 month is fine. Nothing above $15,000 is ever billed without a conversation first. A true-up only comes up when a very large project lands on your end, and we agree on it before the work starts. Unused minimum never refunds and never carries past the quarter.

- 12 months.Planned absences on either side are announced two weeks ahead.
- Priority

What counts toward the $5,000?
Every rate-card item at Dedicated prices and every hour at $100. If a month comes in under the minimum, the difference stays in the quarter's pool and the next month's work draws it down.
What if we don't use the minimum?
It doesn't roll past the quarter and it isn't refunded. The minimum is what reserves the seat; three agencies get one because the queue promise only holds when the work is predictable.
Why so few Dedicated slots?
One developer, three Dedicated slots. Past that, "first in the queue" stops being true for anyone. When the last slot goes, the form on this page becomes a waitlist.
What platform do you build on?
Divi on WordPress is where I'm fastest and where I'd rather build, so that's the default. If your agency runs a house theme or a different builder, we can probably work inside it. Bring it to the call and I'll tell you straight. I also build in Craft CMS and Framer when a project calls for one of them.
How fast does a build start?
Slot work goes to the front of the queue the day the brief, the design, and the content arrive. Launch-class sites are usually a matter of days; custom builds get a date on the kickoff call.
What is the commitment?
Twelve months, billed monthly on the 1st. The half slot, Dedicated at $2,500, is six months. Planned absences on either side are announced two weeks ahead, and there are no credits and no penalties in either direction.
